The Hurley Weather update.
18 cm fresh snow fell on Friday night and Saturday at the Snowcats lodge! Temps have been dropping well below freezing overnight this past week. The clouds are lifting today bringing a beautiful Thanksgiving day tomorrow.
The snow has made driving over the Hurley FSR a little slippery this weekend.
The forecast is for clearing and no precipitation forecast until Thursday.
This week, daytime freezing levels will be climbing to 2-3000m with mostly clear skies. Wednesday, clouds will move in and precip is forecast on Thursday afternoon.

Back to School Means Get Ready for Winter!
Summer has been starting to slip away up here in the mountains with near freezing temps overnight now. We are getting ready for our first snow of the season and ready to book your ski trip for the 2016/17 season. It won't be long now!
Fantastic day with our first all-ladies group up here at Backcountry Snowcats. The Motherhuckers are in the house, having a blast! 12,000 vertical feet of incredible lines in new snow and bluebird skies.
This last week we had the best skiing on Blue Bird days in years, with great snow quality! But now the skies are cloudy and the snow is falling. The forecast looks great for this weekend and early next week!
